Delivery  most orders take approx. 5 days to produce from the time we have garments, art and orders.  The best way to get the orders out faster is to have a clearly written order.  You play the biggest part in determining how fast your order will be produced.  Printing is the easy part,  getting a good order with the correct garments and art is the harder part. 
Rush Service   If delivery is required in less than 5 days an rush charge may be incurred.  We do everything in our power to ship orders as quickly as possible, if you want us to put your order in front of many others,  there will be a rush charge.  $25.00 or 25% whichever is greater.

Getting us your garments  
Please make sure to list which vendor is shipping your garments.  Sizes colors etc.  All vendors have an order confirmation that is automatically generated when you place an order.  Adding that to the order you send to us is very helpful.  Also if 3 size xxxxl are coming from a California warehouse (for example) and wont be included with the bulk of an order,  that is very helpful. 

Damages   
We are darn good, but not perfect.  If you need exact amounts of garments especially on difficult (multi-color, or multiple prints on a garment) please supply a few extra garments.  Damages are about 1/2 of 1 percent.  If shirts are damaged in printing we will if possible supply our own stock to replenish.  Our shirts may not match.  We are sorry but we cannot reprint 1 or 2 ruined shirts on a multi color print, so please order extra if necessary.
Additional Costs
The prices shown below are to print white or light colored t-shirts.  Printing on dark t-shirts requires, flashing and or an under base to get the colors more vibrant.  Heavier garments like sweatshirts slow down the print process as do jerseys and shorts etc.  Please note the added costs below.  If you have a hooded dark sweatshirt please add .25 extra for the sweat, and .25 for flashing.

Dark Garment Flashing add .25 per shirt up to 143 pcs.  .15 for 144 and up.
Art charges $50.00 per hour.
PMS color match $5.00 per color  (we cannot match exactly)
Product Proofs or Printed Samples... all setups, screens art etc apply plus $10.00 per color to print
Individual Poly bagging .25 per garment

Flashing Charges Explained

Flashing is when printing dark garments a color is cured or dried, in order to put other colors on top.  Or to double print like printing white flashing and then white again  on a single color print to get the brightest colors possible.  Similar to doing 2 coats when painting a room in your home.  The additional charge is because it slows production when the ink has to be cured between coats.   Check out the video below to see a quartz flash curing the ink for another coat.
